A 6 qt enameled cast iron Dutch oven in sage green that shades darker toward the base, with a gold-tone stainless steel knob on the lid. Room for a braise, a stew or a loaf for four to six.
The cast iron is enameled inside and out; the inside is cream. The lid has 24 small bumps underneath that drip condensation back onto the food. It works on gas and induction and in the oven, up to 500°F (260°C) according to the maker. It weighs about 14 lb. Wash it by hand: no dishwasher, no steel wool.
Comes with two silicone grips for the handles. Ships from a US warehouse.
