If something isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Arrived damaged or not as described

Please contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the piece back.

Changed your mind

Unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the price of the piece once it arrives.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show them.
