Shipping

We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Under $49, shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, however many pieces are in it.

How long it takes

Most pieces ship from our partner's warehouse in China. Carrier transit is usually 5 to 11 days after your order leaves the warehouse. Knives travel on a special line and take 10 to 23 days.

The enameled cast iron Dutch oven ships from a US warehouse and arrives in 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

These are the carriers' estimates, not promises. Every order gets a tracking number by email once it ships.

One order, several parcels

Pieces from different warehouses travel separately, so your order may arrive in more than one box.
